I love how Rei is grabbing onto Asukas breasts in this picture. In the TV show, Rei is often shown as quiet, submissive, uninterested in anything. The show goes into the reasons for this, but it still makes for a sad character.

But in this picture we have Rei on top, standing above Asuka. She is reaching out and grabbing what she wants and bringing Asuka in close by holding her neck. She is kissing her lover passionately.
