If you look closely right of the heart tattoo there is a retweet tattoo, which is the only difference in the both artworks, though, i don't know how or by what to tag it, perhaps as retweet_tattoo? Any thoughts or suggestions?

There's no "twitter retweet button/icon/symbol" or "twitter like button/icon/symbol" tag yet, people just use twitter for now. If there was a tag, it probably wouldn't be a tattoo tag, as sometimes the symbol appears on a different surface (like furniture or clothing) or is drawn in a non-permanent way, like with crayons or markers.
