Well, whatever it is surrounding the pier, I guarantee anyone who falls into/onto it will not be climbing back out.

There is actually an unuploaded picture connected to this one on abubu's twitter, it's in this same location and is featuring a dead "whale" which he calls "a perfectly normal whale", well, by mansion standards it is I guess?
