I would've preferred not to name this artist such a nonsense string of characters, but they're not giving me anything else to work with...no other links on their twitter, no sort of signature on their works thus far.
Good news, found out the twitter is an alt-twitter of mamemena, given the shared housing of both twitters' images on their weibo. Made the changes accordingly.
