Going by the positioning and what pieces they are inferred as being, and the sweat drop on the back of the pawn's head, I'm guessing that the pawn moved and an overzealous queen rushed out onto the field. I can only identify a handful of pieces and the queen isn't one of those, so I could just be imagining things.

Queen (Groza) made more than one move which gives 3 turns for GK while SF didn't move at all.

I think this might be from Operation Cube, Considering its Groza and Ouroboros there.
Looks like its from the next chapter too.
So instead of Chess, this is someone showing the situation.
AKA Groza just rushed in with just a HG backing up up.

GnK have two heliport occupied,, so they can do two move at once.

Pawn to d4 and Queen to e5 is at least 4 moves. Even if the Queen could jump over the pawn, it would still be at least 3 moves.

The only way the board can end up like this without cheating is if the other side spent their first 4 moves moving one or both of their Knights out of and back into their starting positions.
