I'm not sure what's Ran saying in the third panel but I believe she's trying to use her attack that involves removing all of her clothes (the way her hand looked like she was about to pull off her clothes).

But Yukari stopped her (last panel). Once this comic is completely translated, I'll edit my post.

I think the purple text is Ran calling Yukari an "old lady". Not sure what anything else says though.
