This is supposed to be Morridow, not Mercurows, shes the secretary to the chairwoman you meet in Isomer (I forgot her name, I think it was Ulrich?) whose basically tasked with monitoring Ange while she was in germany while Hopps was task with being Ange's bodyguard. Following the epilogue of Dual Randomness, its shown that Morridow is in fact a Nyto in a human body who was tasked with monitoring Ange and acting as a spy.
