The girl's name is Tsukishima Orihime, from the Innocent Grey game "Kara No Shoujo," illustrated by Miki Sugina. As you've probably guessed by now, the company likes guro and has included an incest route for 2 out of 3 of their games so far.
Can anyone confirm if Miki Sugina is also the principal writer behind the Innocent Grey titles? The English wikipedia entry for Kara no Shoujo (they spell it "Kara no shojo" over there) claims that she was behind "the original concept."
Sadly despite how hot this girl may be when she hasn't been tortured for days on end, there does not seem to be a winning route for her. You get one h-scene and that's it.
