So this is disturbingly similar to Raidy from the Lightning Warrior Raidy HRPG series, but I'm not sure I should tag it because I...just don't know. She's got the yellow leotard, the blue leggings and sleeves, the hair, and a sword and similar armor. However the armor, hair, and leotard are slightly different, and the sword is way off. Also she doesn't wear a headband like that. I did some basic digging for the artist, but didn't find much beyond he does doujinshi. Could it be that he's Raidy's character designer? Could this be from a later game that I haven't played yet, or perhaps from and artbook or something? Hopefully someone out there knows more about it than I do.
For some reason I was compelled to read that first comment really fast and skip over the punctuation. You're right--despite striking similarities, that's not Raidy. Maybe it's her body double.
