Seems as though you're big on realism, to a certain extent.

Nothing bad can come from taking the time to draw those neglected parts with at least the same attention one gives to any other part of the drawing. Unless, of course, one just toetally sucks at rendering them.

What kanji translator do you use for names?

黒ストスキー looks like a portmanteau of "I love black stockings". This seems to fit with the pantyhose theme of some of the artist's work and their attention to detail for feet.
