I like her character-wise, but game-wise she has a lotta competition in the claymore group. She might get a bump when she shows up in the game talking to the MC. I'm not fully caught up yet, so not sure if she has or not though. ^^;

I'm sure her time will come. She just had the misfortune of being overshadowed by Zhong Li's release in terms of attention.
Yeah if she was the 5 star I'm sure she would be more popular instantly. Since she is a basic 4 star, she is very available. It all comes down to how endearing she is to everyone. I ship her with Chongyun, so I will have my fingers crossed.

Well, she's not in the perma banner, so her availability ends as soon as the event banner does. Since she's in competition with two other 4☆ characters for the rate up, it's not unreasonable to not get her. I did 120 rolls on the Venti banner and never even got Fischl.

She's got a good chance to show up I'd say. Quite a few have appeared so far with only 5 (7 now with Diona/Xinyan) that I haven't seen: Chongyun, Beidou, Sucrose, Noelle, and Bennet.
