Well, on the one hand Otomore's actually making a move. On the other hand, it's looking to be either a "keep them all from seeing each other" event, or a "chose the one to go with" if Kinjyou and Himekawa also approach him. (Himekawa would probably just be trying to use Otaku as a servant or otherwise, and Kinjyou might be him asking her himself, but still...)

"ライヴ" reads as "live" but means "live performance" or "concert".
She's inviting him to go to the concert with her, almost calls him shenpai due to her shyness.

Yeah, it's super cute how she trips over her own words here. Although... the way she puts it is kind of ambiguous. I'm not sure if she's inviting him to go to the concert with her, or if she's one of the people putting on said concert and she just wants him to come see her perform. The latter wouldn't preclude him going with Paisen, because they could just go watch the concert together (though that has its own set of potential fallout).

This song is also super nostalgic. I hope it sounds familiar to all the people that've watched Rurouni Kenshin.
