Okay, so I've done the math:

One week equals 168 hours. With each hour of maintenance giving 60 primogems that equates to 10,080 primogems in total at the end of the week.

One pull equals 160 primogems, and dividing 10,080 by 160 equals 63 pulls... which still isn't enough to get a guaranteed pity roll 5 star on the standard banner that Mona is on, since standard takes 90 rolls for a pity roll...

On top of that, you have four other 5 star characters on the banner as well as ten 5 star weapons, meaning that you have roughly a 6.7% chance to pick her specifically out of the fifteen 5 star rolls.

So in conclusion, with a week of maintenance only giving you 63 rolls and the 0.6% chance of rolling a 5 star character without pity rolls, and neglecting the fact that there are fourteen other 5 star rolls...

Good luck aether, because getting that Monass is less probable than Zhongli having his own mora.

I just got both Venti AND Diluc from a single ten pull on the Venti re-run event banner, so maybe the key to getting what you want is having more faith in RNGesus.
