I don't think so. Yes, it looks messed up, but if it's because of the length of her forearm, it's actually about the same as her right arm.

The error is for the m on Luigi's hat.

"Gotta be" isn't exactly a good enough excuse for it to be called a parody. The pixiv page as far as I can see says nothing about Yuuko or xxxHolic, so I'm going to remove the tag. It might have just been inspired by her or something, but uh, smoking like that isn't explicit to just Yuuko.

If I'm blind and the artist did write something about it, feel free to fix it.
