Every time I see this image I imagine the following scenario:
Ryuuji is asleep and Taiga enters the room. Instead of getting in her own futon, she snuggles up to Ryuuji instead.

Judging by the dual futons and shadow from the window, this is the room they shared at Ryuuji's grandparents place. So I assume this is after their kiss

I agree 100%. I don't think anything explicit happened at all, but instead, just Taiga being sneaky ;3.
Biggest indicator its clean: Ryuuji is clothed. Nobody takes the time to put pajamas back on after... that

I read the last volume of the novel in Japanese, sure there'd be something juicy for this scene. There was *nothing* and I want my two weeks back.
