So, from my rough translation/understanding before the real translation comes out... the maid in the back beside the glasses girl is Himuro-kun.

He even says "Why am I like this...", to which glasses answers with: "我慢して氷室くん… 男子に女装させる案通ってしまったので…" which roughly translates to "Be patient, Himuro-kun... since I got through with my plan to crossdress the boys..."

Can we have a round of applause to this beautiful event? Can we get a Himuro route now?

I have to say, though, for all that it's not really a part of that focus of the series I would have thought something like that would have been hinted at in one of the 'prep' images.
