    Water droplets are GOOD
I added highlights to the parts of the liquid I wanted to bring attention to, as well as more detailed reflections. Note ① Wet skin that gets more light has even more reflections, so you can add more distinct highlights. Wet skin that's in shadow takes on colors from its surroundings, so you can also create parts that are darker. (If the reflected color is lighter, then the skin becomes lighter.) Note ② If you look up photos of wet skin, it's mostly water droplets or completely covered in water, so... I use photos of lotion for reference in drawing the flow of water. I use photos of oiled skin for reference in drawing the wavy highlights.
