    The way I spread the cream icing was also ugly, but hey, it was just for the two of us to eat, so no problem. :-)

    Also the lack of sponge cake. That's thrown off the balance of whipped cream to cake. He and Sanae should've chopped the berries inside smaller and rolled it more so there's a more even mix.
