thing is...I think she sent this to Douki-chan =D first there's just something about her behavior that I started to believe she's doing all she did because she likes to tease Douki-chan and wants her attention...and second things are never what they seem in this series, haha

The pic is titled "Please Eat Me Up, Sempai", and "sempai" is how Rival-chan calls the dude. I mean, I'm as much of a fan of the "Rival-chan is subconsciously Doukisexual" hypothesis as anyone, but I think it'd be a bit of a stretch for her to send this to Douki-chan with that caption.
I suppose it could be "oops I meant to send that to sempai tee-hee", and Rival consciously thinks she's doing it to tease "look how close I am to sempai" (and subconsciously just wants to send boobs to Douki-chan)...

I'm not saying you're wrong, but a person can have multiple senpais
