    Agreed, maybe instead of complaining you could actually fix it? I know my Japanese isn't perfect, so corrections would be welcome....

    Many of the finer linguistic nuances don't fare well in the transition from JP to EN. Theoretically, you could make it more "accurate", but nitpicking on those details would more likely result in something that is too convoluted and verbose. The way it is now is good enough for English audiences.
