I add a tag here and there if they clearly fit but I don't remove tags since I'm no authority on the matter.
A translation error is extremely understandable.

What happened was that this post was part of an 8-image collection on Pixiv, so they all shared the same tags on Pixiv. One of them ('same' image as post #4351472) depicts a cow print bikini, so the overall Pixiv post (for all 8 images) was tagged 牛柄ビキニ on Pixiv, and this gets picked up by the batch upload system we have here and gets auto-suggested as cow_print.

So, technically not a translation error. Just an honest mistake.

The above is just clarification. I can understand being conservative with tag edits if one isn't sure of things.
