Blake’s is exclusively in New Mexico and maybe Texas now idk. Good green chile cheeseburger and burritos.

Out of all of these I've only had In-N-Out and Carles Jr. but I'm willing to try out the others

The only one I've had recently was the Whataburger. Not to offend fans of it, but my limited experience with them made me think of them as a McDonald's, but just a lot better at it. Like that imagination that McDonald's used to good some time in the past, perhaps they're just misremembering having gone to a Whataburger.
