I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Yuuki and Ilya are nowhere near the same age no matter which logic you try to apply.
From what I recall seeing, the real life Ilya is rather small, does that mean anything, not exactly cause we don't know how vampires work in Princess Connect outside of Astrum, but if purebloods age or something proportionally she'd be on the pretty young side maybe 12ish in relation to human age and that's being generous, while Yuuki's 15ish to my knowledge

Well, considering the espers existence in the actual world that made Astrum a thing from the beginning, it just can be that they are not actual "ghosts" and "vampires", but some kind of esper beings too. It just never really explained up to this day how the real world of PriConne actually works.

But I'd imaine that the ghost and vampire are actually what they claim they are, considering there's also things like a llama with human intelligence, aside from that shows no sort of esp or psychic ability, it doesn't help that this is the setting built on a setting that died real fast. There's definitely a possibility it is just psychic powers on all of them but then wouldn't they also have been more involved in Astrum's development as well, considering the esper with the most complete powers was the basis for the powers of the Seven Crowns in Astrum and none of them are seemingly immortal like a vampire.
