I remember watching a video about this, what was it all about?
Someone(s) stole stage props from a performance and apparently emailed the creator some of these vids which he reuploaded (and it spread from there). The characters are called "Ray Ray". The vids are probably just people fucking around to make fun of their theft, but it's slightly creepy so people attach creepy theories to it. Reinbot did a vid on it a while back, but there might be more info about it now.
