For the sake of my sanity, I just am going to assume this universe is a pacifist or neutral end. Because I'm pretty sure the laws of narrative casualty would cause the universe to implode if there was a confrontation between Chara/GenFrisk and the Helltaker. The very same laws that would all but dictate a confrontation between the two would happen.

Exactly given that they look like Chara rather than a (possessed/fussed?) Frisk I am guessing that this picture would have been taken before the beginning of the game.

Given that Char is the symbol of the over-achieving player. The game is already doomed by their mere appearance alone.
