Is there any way to swap places of this child post with the 3rd one?

Tried removing this from the parent post first then re-adding it but it didn't work.

Sorry for the noobish question, haven't really done any parent-child posting.

No.
For parent-child posts relationships to be in order, you must upload them in order too.
Uploading order matters in this case.

I could be mistaken, but I remember it being said that the order for parents with multiple children is decided by upload order. Meaning there's no way to fix this set being out of order, it'll always be like this until they change how the site handles it.
