I always think Beel was banished because she was either too good at her job or Lucifer would not settle for serving anyone else. Lotta good that did her cuz only a few demons seems to listen or care about Lucy as a CEO. Fast forward some odd years and now she serves another fallen angel who's gone mad with knowledge and power. Headcanon or not, I can only imagine Beel enjoying the sweetest taste of irony by the time she hears about this.
