Took some liberties with the guard's second speech bubble. The gist is that the package has been attacked by hillichurls but I dont get why "だから" is there after the kanji for request/commission.
as for Lumine's second speechbubble, she tries to say the sentence of her third speechbubble but I don't know how to naturally translate her stuttering out "I'll listen to you later" so that's my attempt at it.

It's だけど. Short for だけれど, both used to convey contrasting/unexpected information (with regard to the preceding topic). Similar to English "however" and "(al)though".
But in conversational use, the short form だけど is also frequently used to introduce a topic without sounding too direct (even when no explicit "contrast" is intended). Native English speakers also sometimes use "though" this way. e.g. "About X though...", "So, uh, about X...", etc.
だけど here is used in the latter case.
