Well Katejina_Loos, the main antagonist at the time, had officially gone insane and pretty much doing what she did just to mess with Uso_Ewin in order to break him, considering the shit he had to go through previously, and thought using bikini clad women to sexually confuse Uso would do the trick. All it did was make him think he was hallucinating and he proceded to butcher said bikini clad women thinking they were fake or something.
Tomino admits that he made that particular segment when he was in a bad way and it was meant to be deliberately cringe inducing.
