I want to believe this is from a series, I need more so bad.

Took off the Ragnarok Online tag because I really don't think that's a Bongun (which is what I assumed whomever tagged it thought it was).

That and Bonguns are guys.

After some pixiv searching, it turns out that this is redrantem's fanart of an original character created by shigehiro. She's named 黎華 and was created for something that didn't pan out. The original picture is at post #448609 ; redrantem has drawn two pictures of her, this and post #458965 .

I can't romanize her name because she's a kyonshi and has a Chinese name; does anyone know what the romanization would be?

A romanization for 黎華 would be Li Hua.
