Possible. However she could also just oddly have her pinky finger bent back and the artist didn't portray that too well...maybe I just need to watch more. If anyone knows if this is true and not just a error, a spoiler tag should be on this pic.
You know, nobody would ever EVER think it was a spoiler unless someone did tag it as such. I sincerely doubt it's anything of the sort, but either way it makes far more sense to just ignore it and not say anything, because pointing out a spoiler is often the very method by which something becomes spoiled!
