Meiling going berserk and Sakuya using calming hug on her... yeah, this one is a winner.
I wonder, is that a horn you see on those old Asian dragons drawings? Antler-like looking and stuff?

Also, any idea who may the author be?

Anyone got a clue what it says? As far as I can figure it, it's about protection and lady... Google translator isn't very clear on anything...

Rough translation. {} is for slightly different meaning/clarification.
    It's Sakuya speaking to Meiling.

    "It's okay. I'm fine; these {kinds of} wounds will heal soon {quickly}.
    It's okay. You protected me.*
So, it's fine {everything is all right}. You don't have to fight any more. You protected me.**
You protected me {even though you could have died (without regarding your own safety)}.

    So, please, okay?
    Please.

    Please, Meiling.

    {Do this for me}.
    Come back to me.
(literally: don't become any more less like yourself)

*引き換え means to exchange something (for another thing), but I'm not sure how to translate it in this context. I'm assuming it's along the lines of Meiling took upon herself considerable damage that was meant for Sakuya, i.e. shielding her from an attack>>taking damage in Sakuya's stead, etc.
**This is more accurate to translate as "You protected me", but the ちゃんと is supposed to add emphasis and I can't think of an English equivalent.

Aghhh I give up. Japanese>English is such a pain in the butt. And now I want a full doujin so that the story behind this picture can be told.

Tried to translate it, too. It's really difficult to keep accuracy without sounding too literal.

"It's enough already. I'm okay, these wounds will heal soon. Everything's all right, you protected me (taking damage in my place (literal translation)). No need to fight anymore. You trully gave your all to protect me.

    That's why I pledge you.

    Mei Ling.

    Please, Mei Ling.
Don't let your self vanish any further."

So, Sakuya is basically pleading with Meiling NOT to unleash her true dragon form and basically faceroll whoever just attacked them in a mindless fury. I think. Child post is a successful Cooldown Hug.
