wiki says she was the voice of in Pretty Cure (2004) 'Natsuko Kishino'; but she isn't in Fresh Precure.

Here is triple poor wordplay. They are the mah-jong pie (pai) , the breasts (oppai) , and Cure Pine (pain). I think the reason why Nodoka was chosen is that she has large breasts, not seiyuu joke.
