Why would Chie being a virgin be hard to believe? Or is something to the contrary explicitly mentioned in the game? I haven't played it, but I wouldn't mind being spoiled.
It's not that she isn't a virgin, it's that he seems rather fixated on it. Like, imagine if a magazine had an article on Dakota Fanning and it kept mentioning that she was a virgin. It's not a big deal, I just thought it was a bit strange.

Also, iirc, the muffins are a reference to an item Chie can give you when you talk to her in a dungeon...
well, who knows, souji gets trough with her but, there isn't a reference that the MC takes her virginity, maybe with naoto and her sock, anyway, if it where like that the game should be a little more problematic with all the female characters

The girls' Christmas Eve events *heavily* imply that you're going to have sex with them, at least.
Well, it's supposed to be a custom or something for Japanese couples to have sex on Christmas Eve. So I would assume that it COULD potentially end that way. I've only seen Naoto's, but her event ends with the watch she gave Souji reading "Distance apart: 0m" so they either did the deed or were cuddling very closely. I suppose it was as dirty as your mind made it. The idea of deflowering any of the girls, though, seems a bit sad in my mind.
Or at least that's what Asuka said. In a doujinshi. Which turned out to be a dream.
