Oh, and to also have a boss they enjoy working for. Wish I knew what that was like.
About the only reason I keep my current job is that the on-site boss is amazing. Of course corporate are on their own planet, but he looks out for us the best he can and keeps things running fair and smooth. That being such a rarity keeps me cemented even though the job itself is currently hell until we get some new hires...maybe next year.
