This was marked as "genderswap" but I'm tentatively changing it to "crossdress," since s/he's in a canonical crossdressing outfit and I don't see boobs. It's kind of hard to tell, though, so I might be wrong here.
I'm changing it back. I checked the tags in Pixiv before I uploaded it. I can't read moonrunes, but trial and error and context (and translation tools) told me it was labeled genderswap.
Plus, that waist says woman. (This totally should have been an option in the game)
