We're all manipulating time and space.

Moving your arm changes it's position, changing space.

Moving it changes it's velocity, meaning changing it's mass, gravity distorts time, like in Black Holes, the closer you get to it, the more you slow down relative to the outside, once you reach the event horizon, you will be stuck there for an infinite amount of time relative to the outside observer. It's called gravitational time dilation. So it changes time.
