The shoes aren't actually official Gundam sneakers like the Unicorn Nike SBs. They're platform women's sneakers from Anthony Wang that are pretty obviously based on the Freedom Gundam. The pink ones featured in this pic aren't available anymore (the page 404s if you try to go there), but there's still blue and black colorways.
