Believable, but both sisters have heterochromia and have the same color, though Selen's left eye is a darker shade of purple than Elira's. To me, both sisters got their eyes from both parents. In conjunction, Elira inherits her wings from one parent while Selen inherits the dragon arm from the other.

But didn't Selen say that the reason she has a dragon arm is because she's bad at transforming?

Yeah iirc she mentioned that during debut, but GMO's theory still works if you say the tail is what Selen inherited rather than the arm.
