Found the card scan,
I don't know how to clear the moire.

Scan at twice that size (or resize it to that), blur so it's gone but nothing else is, scale back down.

It's kind of crude, but I suppose it works. The best way is to use the GREYCstoration plugin for Photoshop or Gimp.

with the moe.imouto version. Her dress is showing as Green, when it really is Black.

I'll play with the pic, but I don't want to blur it to a point that it's fuzzy.

Well, it's the basic way. I'd probably use avisynth.

It'll probably be blurry, whatever you do. 600DPI telephone card scans aren't expected to look that great. This version looks a little reddish, so I tried to correct that as well.
