This is an art commission that I received via email from kyo-dom on Deviantart.

The art here is basically an art of spiralmaestro(me) and Sayaka Miki from Puella Magi Madoka Magica/Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica  

In this art the male version of myself is using a magic necklace with the power of  age progression to envelop sayaka in a magic aura that will result in an adult version of Sayaka. Look forward to part 2 of this commission art to see what happens next.
