Summer Martha is one of the few good offensive buster type Rulers in the game with a really good skillset. If she hadn't came first, it wouldn't be a mistake to think that Summer Martha was made to counter Summer BB with all the bonuses she gets when used to fight her during the events, or the other way around where Summer BB was made in mind to be destroyed by Martha. Also canonically, Martha is the undisputed queen of fisticuffs that even Beowolf and others yield to and as a rider she is forced to use a staff as a limiter.
