I didn't understand the flag reason and re-approved this not realizing that it's a character drawn on top of official art (post #4545164). I'm not sure whether it has enough artistic merit to stay or whether it should be flagged again as a third-party edit.

For what it's worth, I took a dive down the artist's Twitter after noticing the flag and they haven't currently uploaded the illustration of Nina on it's own. If/when they do I'll make sure to add that one
