This on in particular does say she'd shrink.
Or rejuvenate to be exact.

She seems a bit too eager to give it all up and become Hachijou. Makes me wonder if she's just all alone and on her own... or perhaps something a bit darker.

Some people end up living a boring, meaningless lives that they will be happy to give it those up to experience something better. Or this girl is just have really a "painful" experience that she wants to start all over again.
