Yyyeeeaaaah, I can go with "let's dress up our prisoners in go go bondage gear" as simply being a fetish that people would just need to get used to (insofar as taking prisoners would be acceptable - I.E. you're already at war when doing that), but "let's make them a giant tumor thing/living bomb cannibal who wants to kill herself" is kind of beyond the pale...
