Japanese Crested Ibis from Kemono Friends thinking about learning from the past.
I'm fine with either, but I thought representing the yojijukugo 温故知新 in hiragana was really funny.
温故知新 (on-ko-chi-shin) is the phrase that was translated as 'learning from the past'. Yojijukugo refers to any phrase written in four characters. In this image, it's mostly written using hiragana alone, implying that Japanese Crested Ibis is unfamiliar with the term.
