Haven’t been watching Pokémon anime for a while but I heard she reappeared in swsh episodes?
So, does she still have feeling for Ash?
Well... she spends the majority of her cameo with Chloe, having a conveniently brief interaction with Ash as he boards a departing boat at the end of the episode. That said, there are a few subtle hints she still cares for him. For example, she's seen still wearing the blue ribbon she received from Ash, but now on her left ankle.
