It's not just that she blackmailed him, but did it in a way where he has no escape or can't talk his way out of it. She has him dead to rights, almost literally by the balls, and can make him do whatever she wants.

She... doesn't? There are numerous ways to counter her here. If he revealed that she was trying to blackmail him, or managed to have someone overhear one of her spiels here it would be easy to fight back. (warning the police about illegal/restricted chemicals that are apparently in the hands of a teacher could also easily ruin her and any claims she might make to try to oust him for the peeking).

Especially since she went to the location where he was peeping. Making evidence of her being there possible to prove.

He can just as easily claim that she placed said evidence. And the moment the police saw the stuff she had, the suspicion would immediately turn to her. I mean, it is not that difficult to claim you have hair from said location (or even place hairs to said location) and claim this is unarguable evidence of him being the culprit.

In short, she is exploiting a minor, blackmailing a minor and holds illegal or restricted material in a place close to kids. Oh and ofc she is an authority figure in regards to the boi and the student body which makes the stuff above even worse.

Just him accusing her, and mentioning the stuff she has, could ruin her chances of getting teaching work again. And if the police investigated? Minimum of removal of teaching licence for life if not prison sentence.

Ofc, I am not expecting Kazuma to be able to think very clearly during a situation like this. Just pointing out that she is so much worse than he is here and is also playing a very dangerous game.
