@Hetan Tags like no hat and no headwear are for characters that normally wear hats, but currently are not. They are not for any character not wearing a hat. Characters like Tatara Kogasa, Kazami Yuuka, and this faceless male should not be tagged with no hat, because they aren't usually wearing hats to begin with.
