A fairly notable number of the recent Darkstalkers images are featured in or were submissions for the tribute book. This one would happen to be page 41.

Also, going by the name given in the book and under the profile tab for his account, it seems the artist name should actually be written as saejin_oh. I'm not sure whether an alias is really necessary for this case or not.

Lei Lei's missing her talisman, Lilith and Morrigan are missing their wings, and Q-Bee is either missing her stinger or it's out of frame.
